Not sure what you mean, Tim. kslider outputs ints for pitch and velocity, but not bangs.

Not exactly sure what you mean, but I think this will address your issue. You can send a number to the right inlet of the [int] object. That number is stored (but not sent out). A bang to the left inlet will send the stored number out.

Is there a way of selecting a note with the kslider which does not send a bang?
