Does anybody have any possible solutions for the following issue...

I have a synth I've been working on in Max for Live. If I load one instance of the device into Ableton everything works as expected. If I drop a second instance of the synth into a new track only the first instance works properly, unless the second instance is created by copying and pasting the first instance to a new track, in which case everything works fine for both and I can use separate presets for each etc. All send/receive objects are prefaced with --- to ensure unique identifiers between devices.

Please share how you fixed this! I'm running into a similar issue where if I have multiple instances MIDI triggers for all of them no matter what.

I am having a similar issue here. In my case, changing the controls on 1 instance seems to affect the other instances too !!

got the issue with my patch - for the benefit of others. I had a few send and receive objects that were not prefixed with the --- in the name. Have done that and not the issue has gotten resolved.
