Having a few issues with the Search Path, which appears to only be happening on my Mac. I've been going back and forth between my PC and my Mac, so I've noticed some issues have come to the surface.

I have two folders within `Documents/Max 7/Projects/` , both containing a patcher and some shaders. For some reason, when within one patcher, I can't load the shader that exists in the other folder. When I move all of the shaders into the current patcher's directory, they all load with no problems.

To go along with this, when I try to drop new files into the File Browser, it gives me an error saying that the item cannot be added.

Any advice? Something doesn't seem to be functioning as expected...

Okay, resolved (I hate that I solve it right after I post, after holding off for a day to prevent this exact situation...)

I was trying to change the Search Path via Max->Preferences, instead of Options->File Preferences. I just had to update it to the correct path.
