Issues with kk.rainer and gg.rainer - please, please help

hi all. i finally got ppooll working properly with my new version of max. but i have been struggling getting sounds out of gg.rainer and kk.rainer for three days now. i have read all manuals and followed every instruction - but still nothing. i have made a collection of seven screenshots showcasing the issue. could someone please, please help me get started with this thing?
My host is receiving sounds from fx beauty and the sine wave generator, but not gg.rainer and kk.rainer - maybe the mistake is with the buffer from where i load my samples?
any help would be highly appreciated -

- Aug 28 2020 | 6:13 pmIt was a bug with the two .rainers themselves. you need to write klaus or one of the administrators to get a new installation file for gg.rainer and kk.rainer - unless they have fixed it with a new release of course
