    Hi,
I'm working on an video where i put one movie and several image on top of each other and i use alphablend to show them. I use black and white images only and it works okay but it makes my max projec very very slow....is there a way to add black and white images and substract the black and show the white without usening the alpha blend that is making my project slow. Using one alpha blend isn't the problem but i used 8 now..??
Hope someone can help me out here.. Zeb

If you're using B and W images, you only need 1 plane matrices for starters. I'm not sure how jit.alphablend handles 1-plane matrices, but you can try it. If not, use jit.op. Multiply in2 by the alphachannel and in1 by 255-alpha. Then add them together.
