    from russia with love!!
I'm try to create patch, with pair of jit.net.send/receive objects, and it will be great, if patch can tune IP-adresses automatically to create dual-sided pair when mashines was connected with running patch on each..
    any ideas?
hope my broken english it is clear as is possible))
    thanks for your time!
    cheers

suppose they are connected to the same router with DHCP turned on, they will
get a dynamic address in the same domain. or you can use a unicast protocol
that broadcasts to everyone on the net. there are other possibilties.
see [mxj net.multi.send] we need more info to help you

hmm, I'm not system-net-master. just take LAN cable and connect 2 mashines(at this time under os X, but not sure), and what patch must to do(the same patch on each mashine) - it's automatic create the connection, to exchange matrices in both direction.
I'm successful send and receive matrices, but I want to automate
process on other mashines and for other people, another words - plug-n-play ))))
just known powerful possibility of max/jitter, I search way to "read" IP to create connection
      uff, hope this helps))))

you dont need to be a netmaster, im not. but this is not a trivial thing to
      do.
but making things automaticly for the user is work for developer.
cant help yuo much beyond that. goodluck. get a geek friend to help.
