Jitter newbie question - camera not recognized under WinXP

Hi, I connected my videocamera Panasonic GS400 DV to my Desktop PC (windows XP Sp2) and tried to use it with jitter, but it's not recognized. I used "jit.qt.grab" help patch and hit "getdevicelist" or "device settings" but nothing happens. I tried the same thing on my Mac Book Pro and it works perfectly. What's going on? Thank you very much.

    P.S. I use Max Msp 4.6.3 and Jitter 1.6.3

      Hi
I think you need to use jit.dx.grab on windows.

Or use the third-party utility called WindVDG
