Knowing the date inside RNBO

    RNBO

Hi all, is there any way to know the date inside RNBO? For context, I need to create an external in RNBO that expires after a certain date, and I tried to use the object 'date' (they way I'd normally do it in Max), but it looks like it isn't supported in RNBO. Any alternative?
    Many thanks in advance Bruno

AFAIK there isn't a way. If you want something like that you could set up a parameter in your patch and then create your own custom integration (or fork one of our adapters) to update the parameter value with the current time (maybe seconds since unix epoch or something?), though at that point, may be better off simply managing the expiration in the adapter code and not RNBO itself.
