I tried to adapt the js file object to display folders and subfolders audio contents in umenus

since 7.04 strange behavior of recursive js function occurs .

I'm not a js speciallist and I may be wrong in the recursive function, but it worked since now.

this is the contents of the js object. inlet one should be connected to a dropfile object :

simple example of iterating through the files in a folder by nicolight 2

improved functions like foldercount and separate files count on outlets "0" and "1"

extension type prepends file name on outlet "2" (3)

Since 7.04, I seem to be getting a strange result from the folder object. Don't know if it is related.

and I'm getting the names of the folder itself, and of the folder's parent out of the object. The parent gets the first 6-10 characters only.

This used to work fine. I don't see how it could be user error--the path is correct, and it is sending out the items in the folder correctly, but only after sending out the folder name and (most of) the parent folder name.

But I am prone to err, so it could be me ;)
