I believe ive seen this posted on the list - but could not find any reference, but @loopreport 1 seems to be broken with jit.qt.movie?
this patch does not report uh, anything other than the file being read in.

      Mac OS X 10.4.9 PPC, QT 7.1.5, Max 4.6.2, Jitter 1.6.2 here
Couldn't seem to replicate your problem here... tried all sorts of different ways to make it not happen... I remember this problem in 1.5, but I think it's fixed. Only difference I see is the 1.6.3b2... sorry...

I had the same problem. If you manually set loop to 0 and then back to 1 it starts working same versions.

except you no longer get loopnotified when loop is 0, which you did prior. Shoot.
has this been reported as a but yet?

Thanks for the reports, gentlemen. It appears to only affect "asyncread", not "read" (which is the present workaround). And it's been fixed for the next release.
