This is a bit stupid, but I'm trying to find a patch that is in the max/msp 5 standard distribution, it may be a help-file/tutorial/example. I stumbled across it a month ago but now I can't find it.

The patch generates noise (white/pink/brown?) and an attached multislider (probably) allows the gain of individual bands of noise to be turned up/down: there's about 50 lines in the multislider.

I've been trawling through the help-files/tutorials/examples all day and I can't find it, driving me nuts it is...

It occurs to me as I type that it may be an external, I'll go look there, but if anyone can remember I'd really appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

it's in Max5/examples/fft-fun/forbidden-planet.maxpat

Gah! so obvious now, but I convinced myself that it wasn't an fft example, memory = fallible
