I'd like to know if it's possible to disable a single mapped object within the midi mappings object. I know I can send certain messages to the mapper to remove lines using parameter_enable, but i'd simply like to turn one mapped item on or off, not delete it.

There is an on/off toggle but is it possible to access this outside of the mappings window?

if anyone has any thoughts that'd be great! anyone from c74... is this possible?

I don't think there is a way to do this programmatically at this time. You can read/write .maxmap files, so you could save/recall state like that...Thanks for the suggestion though, we will think about how we might be able to add something like this.
