Max 5 List?

    Apr 23 2008 | 3:31 pm
While I appreciate the enthusiasm for Max 5 before it was released
and the hand wringing as people discover the inevitable differences
and problems, some of us are going to continue with Max 4 until
things settle down. Is it possible establish a sub forum for Max 5
so these hundreds of messages don't continue to swamp maxmsp?
    Cheers

      I second that.
A Max 5 sub forum seems appropriate. And maybe it could have some dedicated threads for bug requests and feature reports, too?

I'd also vote for an extra forum for ancient Max versions including 3.x,
2.x and eventually 1.x, but that's maybe too close to Pd... ;-)
I will be forced to use both versions till pluggo for Max 5 is out and
      pluggos run inside Max...
I really hope, that the old pluggo runtime can run in parallel with a
      new pluggo 5 engine...
But first let the folks at cycling have a well deserved break and
hollydays after fixing the too obvious remaining bugs...
There is so much to discover...
