Hello, I have been trying to use the Allen & Heath audio USB client on Max, but Max 6 and 7 crash as soon as I try to turn the DSP on. (Qu-16 is a USB client without drivers) I have tried several configs : 3 different machines with various OS
    Crashed Thread: 20 com.apple.audio.IOThread.client
It works perfectly on all other audio applications It works in Max5 It works in Ableton Live 9 (it crashes instantly on Max 6 and Max 7)

It seems that the crash comes from the 32bit opening setup and the sample rate. At least when in 64 bits and the sample rate set to 48000hz it works

Hi Roland. I will be using this desk soon enough in an attempt to get it outputing 4 audio channels from max. How well have you found it works with Max? Is it a pain to set up at all?

Hello, It worked fine for quite some time. I had a few issues, but nothing too serious. I have been using Qu-16 as a radio mixer; linked to a max patch; controlling audio players and mix automation for auto start and fader sync. It took me some time to figure out the MIDI controllers, but the audio was very easy. All together, once you understand the mixer's ergonomy, especially the routing, which is a little odd, it is great. In any case, so much better than any DIGI factory crap interfaces I have used before.

Don't you have a problem with NRPN? I had a Qu-Pac for a while but sent it back because when I tried to control several parameters at once, the NRPN controllers got mixed and produced nonsense.
