I made a patch that included pattrstorage and every time I want to save he open me a window of save as 
why ?

It's trying to save the information you stored in the 

 object. It wants to save the presets you just gave it.

Usually he ask each time to save the json file and not the max patcher...

see the 'save' tab within the 'pattrstorage' helpfile about the '@savemode' attribute('@savemode 0' might be what you want for least confusion, but you'll need to remember to explicitly save whenever things change... the default is '@savemode 1' which will cause this prompt to appear every time you save or close the patch starting after the first time you've given pattrstorage new presets to remember).
