      The first volume is now available on iBooks. Let's hope they get volume 2 up soon!

      Like I said above, Volume 1 was just released on iBooks, so it stands to reason that Volume 2 will come eventually.

      The introduction to volume 1 (iBook) states that "This is the first of a series of three e-books....". Vol 2 (and vol 3 when it's published) will be coming, I'm sure.
