MAX window size and scrollbars

1: Since Max 7 the windows have a dimension % button on the left top corner. This useful if the patch window is large and the screen (e.g.laptop) a bit too small. Is there a possibility to adjust this size from within the patch, so that one could set the window size with a loading for example?
2: In the inspector it is possible to activate/deactivate the scrollbars. When a patch is larger then its window while patching it is necessary to have the scrollbars active, but when for example in presentation mode, the visible part of the patch fits in the window, the scrollbar are disturbing, specifically when using MagicMouse, because the window moves all the time. Now when patching one often has to switch from one mode to the other and each time one has to go into the inspector and switch the two scrollbars individually on and off. Is there any possibility to make this "remote controlled" like with a this patcher command or any shortcut? That would save a lot of time and boring effort.
    Curious to hear some ideas...
