Hello, I'm looking after this parameter wich makes a patcher window going transparent. So is there a param in the patch inspector wich enable me to make the patcher window appear and disappear... Or is it just a thing i'm dreaming of since David show us that during these FNM forum in Stuttgart??? Cheers Hubert

Hmm, Alpha Channel doesn't seem to effect the entire patcher. I don't know.

It does it you make the window floating. But have you ever seen a transparent document window?

The window should have no title, like bellow. Have fun!

While creating the floating max object (how beautiful -- Fisher Price has a long way to go) I noticed an issue with screen redraw when moving the value for alpha between two specific values. Trying to pinpoint, I discovered an issue with float and the select message. See patch below, which combines the two issues.

Also, clocking the toggle sometimes selects the window underneath - depending on the patcher's alpha, perhaps. I feel like I'm playing a 1970's video game.
