MAX/MSP AND PD PATCHES COMPETITION

A competition to discover the most original patch for Max/MSP or Pure Data, the two sister programming languages by objects for multimedia, both of which are the subject of Digitópia seminars in 2009/2010. The patches submitted should be released under an open source license. The winning entry will receive a Midi controller plus the corresponding software, both developed by the Digitópia team (see slideshow on the website).

Closing date for entries: 07 FEB’10

Head Panellist: Pedro Rebelo, composer, digital artist and Director of Education at the School of Music and Sonic Arts, Queen’s University Belfast.
