mipmap and jit.gl.slab

Left: mipmap trilinear showing expected smoothed display of texture tex. Right: The same texture is applied to a jit.gl.slab, there seems to be no mipmap -pixelated image. If you force rectangle 0 and mipmap trilinear on the slab the output turns white (at least on Win 10 GeForce RTX2080).
