Ever since I updated Max to version 8, my noteout does not work properly. I can’t select the Midi port that I want. And I noticed that when I use or create the noteout object in the patch, the midiout object also ceases to work. Is anyone else having issues with noteout or is it something specific to my system? I have tried it on a laptop and a desktop and same issue. Even when I use the noteout help reference patch, the noteout doesn’t work there. I have also tried reinstalling Max but no difference.
