Pluggo info

    Hi,
looking at the plugconfig Box Quick Message Reference menu, and then testing out inside the plugconfig inspector, it seems like some plug config script messages are implemented that are not (yet) documented. The ones I am most curious about are the following:
vendor [symbol] product [symbol] category [int(0)] version[int(0)] surround [int, int] tailsize [int(0)]
I have been looking into the VST SDK, and I think I have managed to decode the use of some of these:
vendor - name of vendor as a symbol no longer than 64 char product - name of product as a symbol no longer than 64 char
category - int as defined in this umenu:
version - seems to be a single int. apparently used so that e.g. version 1.2.3 would be version 1230
But what do surround and tailsize do?
    Thanks, Trond

vendor product and category is VST 2.x stuff and about as self explaining as version.

a good guess for tailsize would be ' the amount of time in ms or samples the plugin keeps processing after the input sound stops'
Logic turns off a plugin as soon as the end of an audiofile is reached within any track ( not instruments ), tailsize would be usefull with stuff like reverbs & delays...
not sure if this is what is ment though ?
