prepend after jit.matrix with variable - string problem

    hi,
    i have an prepend object after a jit.matrix which should be a texture on a openglobject...
    the prepend object should be like this:
    prepent texture $1
    the $1 is a variable which should be dynamicly generated...
    how can i get a flexible value in an prepend bject??

      Take a look at the reference manual pages for the object, especially the set message stuff.

      This is not the way to do it for any jit.gl.* object, rather only to define a texture through jit.gl.render. What you need to do is send to a named instance of jit.gl.texture, and then set the texture name for any object.
      Since this is pretty fundamental, I would suggest you (re)read the documentation, help files, and examples for more information, and demonstrations of use.
