I have a Max project that I am saving as an application. The goal of this will be to run this application on a lot of different Mac and Windows machines to collect user feedback on a variety of topics. It will just make more sense to go this route than purchasing a bunch of Max installations.

One of the things that needs to happen is for the application to play several audio files, either mp3s, mp4s or aiffs. When I export my project with the "Build Collective/Application" option will all the media automatically get saved and embedded somewhere within the application?

I am asking because someone at a remote location installed my recent version and they said none of the audio files were found or could be played. I can easily put them in a folder and try and attach them to the application if that is required. On my Mac it all seems to work, but then again I have all the files on my computer.

When I option click on the saved application icon, and select "show package contents" I can't see the media files anywhere. I was thinking they would be included somewhere in a folder.

If anyone has any insight into any of this please let me know.
