I'd like to receive UDP on the same port in multiple standalone running on the same machine.

I've seen that in UDP, if the option SO_REUSEPORT is used while opening sockets, multiple processes can listen to the same port.

Would it be possible to have something like this in Max ?

(I've already seen the option of multicasting via net.udp.send and net.udp.recv but it doesn't suit my needs).

On a Mac I believe you can add multiple IP addresses to the same Ethernet card. If that works then maybe you can have each standalone listen to the same port but on different IP addresses
