I am embroiled in a MaxMSP project, but have hit another stumbling block...
I realize that there are about 8 number boxes in my patch, and I would like to replace them with float boxes without having to reconnect them, as that would be a rather arduous task at this point.
Is there a simple way to do this? I looked in the manual, and all I got was "advanced scripting", which is far beyond my grasp at this point, as I am a relative beginner.
I remember in Plogue Bidule you could click on the object while holding ctrl, select 'replace', and have access to the full menu of objects, and it would replace it for you, keeping your connections intact...
Anything similarly easy in Max land?
