OK … I can solve my problem myself. Here is the reason of the problem.

Cycling74 Max and the mxj class/ object is running as a 32 bit application. If Java is to be used with Cycling74 mxj, then it must be installed a 32 bit JDK.

Should be examined to see whether a 32 bit JDK is installed, it must in the folder C: Program Files (x86) Java jre6 be present!
