Conditional statements must cover all possible cases like this: 

     if(x>0) return 1;
     else  return 0;

The following returns 0 instead of 1.
function test(x){
    if(x>0) return 1; 
    return 0;
}
out1 = test(1);

Conditional statements must 

return-calls-inside-if-clauses-do-not-always-cause-a-return-from-conditional-statement

function test must be a single word, otherwise gives error. 

I don't know, maybe is not possible to write it in that way ?
