SCRIPTING AUDIO OBJECTS.....The old way arrrrrrrrrrrggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh

    Why does this work? none audio:
    script newobject * %f, script class mult_%ld * %f, script offset mult_%ld %ld 50
    AND THIS NOT? audio:
    script newobject *~ %f, script class mult_%ld *~ %f, script offset mult_%ld %ld 50
    Ecstasy lies in the true answer or....am I doomed to loneliness?

      maybe you could just use [script newobject newobj @text "*~"....] ?
      (or is that not the 'old way' you're referring to?)

      Looks like *~ is not happy with %f as an arg
      script newobject *~ 1.
