serial or coll object problem

    Hi,
    I have an arduino sending numbers (from sensors) to Max.
    The arduino is sending a list of 10 X 10bits number + timecode at around 66Hz
    I record all the "raw" data in a coll.
    It works fine for some time, but when I get around 150000 "samples" (around 37min of recording) I start to have glitches.
    I need to be able to record at least 1h
    Each coll line is a list of 1 string + 11 numbers.
    See the example below.
    But some lines get shorter, some longer...
    (the last number on the line is a time in ms, so it looks like the glitches have something to do with incoming data, they repeat or jump)
    Does anybody have an idea what it could be ?
    Additional question:
    What is the serial buffer exactly ? Could the problem come from that ?
    I tried to increase it but it didn't change...
