I'm using sigmund~ just fine (Max 5.1.0, OS 10.6.3) until I try to set @npts high. It works fine with @npts set to 4096 but crashes when this is changed to 8192 and reinitialised: audio was switched off while editing @npts, Max crashed as soon as the edit is complete, before audio switched on.

Oddly, when @npts is raised to 8192 in realtime (with audio on) via message box "npts $1" there is no problem.
