    hi
having troubles with my computer after using max/jitter. I did some
extended tests and the conclusion is: Start max msp/jitter >close
max/msp/jitter> put computer to sleep..... wake-up> screen stays black
(although HDD activity, network activity....etc) > hard reset... ? then
    restart>dont start max/msp/jitter> sleep> wake-up pc .> everything works
    fine??
so ....after having used max/etc....my computer doesn't seem to wake-up
    after sleep.....
config: dell inspiron 8500 latest max/msp/jitter....
    someone with this problem???

      hello,
did you have any patcher running? any opengl windows?
      best,

did some more testing....only starting max/msp/jitter and then closing
the app. (without running a patch)>then sleep> after wake-up everything
is fine....then if running opengl-based patch> black screen after
wake-up....mmmh ...seems like it is related to opengl stuff...

seems so. i've encountered this with other apps using opengl, so it is
      probably windows flaw.
stopping the patch(qmetro off) seems to lessen the risks.
      cheers,
