I'm trying to get speech bubbles on live video upon motion detection. I have a basic patch generating motion detection values, but can't workout how to get text - preferably from a database of sayings - to appear in speech bubbles at a point of motion detection.

So for example someone walks onto camera and a speech bubble appears from them saying "hello".

Eventually I'd like multiple cameras in a room, and as someone walks around the room and is picked up by different cameras, the camera switches to the one with the greatest motion sensed and gives the person a speech bubble.

I know it must be possible and i've been going through tons of info and other patches trying to work it out, but i'm stuck and thought it best to ask you helpful interweb people! :)
