I do not know how to build an intel standalone on a G5.
Maybe it can be done, but I am not aware of it.
      My workaround would be:
      - install max/jitter on the intel machine (using the 30 day demo mode)
      - transfer the patcher files from the g5 to the intel
      - build the standalone on the intel machine for the intel machine

Using MaxMSP 4.6 you will be able to buid a standalone on PPC which will run on Intel.
I recommend you re-read Joshua's email earlier in this forum thread. This should get you there with Jitter standalones.

Please note that this sort of all caps "URGENT" duplicate posting of
the same question is considered rude in virtually all email forums.

As requested, you will need to offer us more information to help. I
had no problems building on my G4 with MaxMSP 4.6, and Jitter 1.6,
with the following steps. I would suggest that you follow these steps
and then once you get this working, if possible, identify what is
      different about your application.
      1. open MaxMSP 4.6
      2. open jit.qt.movie.help
      3. build application
      4. save to a new folder to guarantee that it will not add incorrect
versions of 4.5 based objects to the search path
      5. ran on PPC fine
      6. made .dmg and copied to MacTel laptop
      7. ran fine on Mactel laptop(into it's own folder)
The fourth item is extremely important *make sure* you do not have
4.5 objects in your search path, and that you're not doing something
like running in a folder with 4.5 objects or on the desktop. For
safety's sake I would definitely recommend putting the standalone
inside it's own folder to make sure it's not adding other things to
the search path. Otherwise there should be no compatibilty problems
with 4.5 simply being installed on the same machine.
