i've been trying to wrap my head around how the new subtex features in
buffers, and i'm completely confused.
does anyone have any other patches using this capability, aside from
the almost completely opaque subtex.3d patch?
i have quite a few questions.
1) is a shader required to access individual subtex layers?
2) can i do cross-sections?
3) are there more hidden, undocumented aspects to this?
