I need some help. I am working on a uni project and I want the tempo/metro (and velocity if possible) of a beat that i created to be reduced according to the time (clocker) and to start increasing and then decreasing gradually. 

I have developed this (hope it's understandable) where I control the tempo and the velocity of the beat manually according to the clocker (and some statements) but its not very sufficient (not what I want).

I am wondering how I could do that automatically and more gradually. I suppose there is a way to combine the clocker values to be synchronised with the metro. For example for one minute to have tempo 400 and the for 10 seconds the tempo to gradually decrease until 800 and the increase again for the next 10 seconds. (and if possible to completely stop for some seconds before start increasing again).

Sounds similar to a DAW with tempo automation. You could use [function] as a sequencer if you trigger it in regular intervals (X-axis) and set the tempo on the Y-axis.

See the attached patch which uses a part of yours and adds a kind of tempo sequencer and some random stuff for really bad very free jazz. It plays 10 minutes and stops. Fortunately :-)
