R E A D T H E M A N U A L !!!!…ALL OF IT, EVERYTHING AND NOTHING LESS, 94 pages sounds like a lot but it’s worth it.
once you have read ALL of the manual when you alt and double click on an object to get the help file you understand so much more about what the capabilities are of each component which then allows you to unlock the components in the help file and use them or tailor them for your self.
and try the tutorials and once youve completed a tutorial add something to it, improvise and it will help the learning process because you wont be repeating things you will be creating instead. for example i followed a simple sample play back tutorial but added a delay object but instead of a fader i had a dial, little things like that help you explore what you can and can’t do, it’s as much about what you can’t do as it is what you can do but read the stuff you get with it. you wouldn’t take drugs without reading the label first would you?
