I am trying to dynamically create a nested dict (containing speaker groups) and have been able to create the nested dict with the dict.pack method.
However when saving the dict as a file and reopening it, then wanting to add more nested dicts to the master dict, the data in this master dict gets overwritten. Only the new dict remains.
Does anyone know a way to avoid this? I want to be able to add more dicts to the master dict after having saved it as a file closed and reopened the patch.
All the best
Could you post a patch and some steps to reproduce what you are seeing? I’d be happy to take a look and offer suggestions.
