Greetings, all. For a project I'm working on, I'm trying to build a Max patch to control my TC Electronic Fireworx effects processor via MIDI channel and SysEx messages. Unfortunately, the unit's MIDI documentation is surprisingly deficient, and I've been informed by their technical support staff that what specs I have in-hand are all that exist.

Have any of you done anything like this before using this particular box, and if so, would you be willing to share your wisdom?

Wow, that's a bummer that TC has no better docs..

You might try setting it up to transmit MIDI when you edit from the front panel; then you can make the connection between the function and required midi data by using a midiscope.. Could work, I've used the technique before..
