I'm considering bluetooth 4 for a wireless/real-time communication with Max.

As far as I know it has a very low latency, and very low power consumption.

I would only need to send a string of data (like every 50 msec) from an accelerometer. That's it.

Now I am using a wifi controller, but I'd like to reduce its size and power consumption with same levels of reliability and latency... and I hope/wish bluetooth 4 could be a good bet.
