I would like to receive note change from 

"path live_set tracks 0 clip_slots 0 clip"

 to a master patch. Midiin seems to be track specific so can not query from another track. I have instruments on track 1 to 4 and my master patch on track 5.

right now, all I receive from live.object querying a "get get_notes" is:

Since get_notes is a function, it must be written as "call get_notes" with some additional parameters.

thank you for your message. I still can not get it to work, I did try call / get / property , nothing changes, still tells me "invalid syntax". I really tried to go carefully through the LOM before posting my message, so if you could be more specific, that would help.

The parameters should be 4 float numbers, e.g. "call get_notes 0. 0. 4. 127."

live.object: Invalid arguments: 'get_notes 0. 0. 4. 127.'

Depending on the clip the time arguments may be invalid.

Try "call get_notes 1. 0. 4. 127." instead.

same, get_selected_notes works fine but I can not get this one to work, can not figure out what is the correct message format. This is driving me insane!

It seems that the pitch arguments must be integer numbers.
