when i load a gif in the patch i made it is being displayed zoomed in and off to the bottom right hand corner resulting in the image being cut off.

i have read the jitter tutorial on matrix positioning and tried to implement the tutorial patch but with no success.

is their a way to centre the gif file or are the original dimensions of the gif making it cut off.

You'll probably want to do something like this. (I chose the size of the output matrix quasi-arbitrarily.)
