Looking to have my website with music apps on it, accessible from web browsers with touch screens, to log into my website and play with music apps from their web browser and touchpad device - multiple individuals at same time. My website would control the synthesizing, sequencing, and assignment of sounds to the apps, as well as recording participant sessions and archiving those files. Also would like to have browser based video conferencing using webcams to record the sessions and archive the video files.

Is there anyone who has developed this, or knows of existing software, or web platform?
