has anyone had any problems opening a specific Max patch before?

all my other patches open, this one just crashes MaxMSP,

whats really weird is that the patch will load inside of a poly~ i created in another patch,

Have you tried to open it with a double clic while holding command+shift ? (so that loadbangs and loadmesses are disabled)
