This is the first post ever I create. I usually refrain myself from posting since I believe the solution is either in the documentation or has been previously discussed. Usually as i said..but this time I run into an issue there seems to be little documentation about.

I am creating a program on my mac. Program that will eventually be run by a series of Surface Pro Microsoft tablets. Program run smoothly with no errors on mac, then when running it on RunTime 32bit on the tablets the evil error "Jit.qt.movie Could not create new gworld" starts to trouble me. The unexplainable thing is that out of the 12 tablets I'm working with only 6 have the error popping up, the other 6 works just as good as on the mac. All the 12 tablets are reset to manufacturer's default. I personally had to manually install all the necessary softwares to run the program (quicktime, Java, Runtime 32bit)

The program in itself is over-imposing some text over a video been looped at different frames. I'm using a jit.qt.movie object, a jit.qt.window and a jit.gl.videoplane objects simultaneously. As hinted in previous posts I tried to set the exact resolution 1920x1080, @POS 0 0, and re-render the video but nothing seems to solve my issue

Does anyone knows the nature and cause of my issue? Has anyone solved it before?

I meet the same problem. Have you re-installed QuickTime before installing MAX? My situation is that the QTCF.dll is lost in system because when I re-install QuickTime the old QTCF.dll hasn't been replaced in system32.

1.copy the QTCF.dll in the location where you install max. For me, it's C:/Program Files/QuickTime/QTSystem

you can try the following steps.
1.copy the QTCF.dll in the location where you install max. For me, it's  C:/Program Files/QuickTime/QTSystem
2.paste  QTCF.dll to C:/Windows/System32
