i was trying some gen~ coding for a spatialisation patch which moves a loop from one random point in a room to another random point and calculates the doppler according to the roomsize in. this is beginning stage for a simple square.

i stumbled on a problem which i can't figure out, because there seems to be no problem, but everytime i correct a mistake in a line and compile, max crashes. the mistake was a comma not set and the operator "scale".

it is written in the comments in the upper genbox of the attached patch.

maybe someone could confirm the malfunctioning or bug here? crash "works" in 32- and 64- bit mode.

To my understanding it has to do with this instruction: Xe = delay(Xa, halb).

The delays need to be defined, written to and read from. Take a look at the code of the objects version, to get an idea how.

i couldn't test audio so far, it seems very cpu hungry...
