this time, i do not have a technical question but am looking for creative input: i am currently researching different approaches of adding colour to greyscale video in interesting but not cheesy ways.

eg. i am experimenting with time trails (like the effect you get with jit.slide) but making the colour of the trail dependent to the time went past, this sort of stuff...

any suggestions? or cool installations/films/whatever dealing with this sort of thing?
