i am making a patch more or less reproducing the way an old Omnichord works.

i play the chords (or single note) on a keyboard, and with the Y axis of a joystick, i 'travel' through the arpeggio. That's great, but when i have unequally spread chords, some notes are closer to the others. I am looking for a way to distribute them equally regardless of their number (inside one octave).
