Hi guys, fairly new to max so not sure if this is possible but I'm looking for an effect that works either as a gate that is triggered by visual brightness of a visual file I've been provided, or even better an envelope follower that's triggered by visual brightness that can then have its midi output mapped out. (It needs to be very tight and responsive because it's working with a tight glitched visual). Does anyone know of an effect already created that can so this or if this is even possible?
