I'm trying to render an image sequence from jitter using exportimage, but as the patch writes more images I can see Max's RAM usage go up until it crashes or just stops outputting. I feel like this would be an obvious problem if it's a Max issue, but since I haven't found anything on the forums I wonder if it's a Mac issue. I'm using a 2011 Macbook Pro running Mavericks with Max 7.1.0, the attached patch creates the issue on my machine just by writing blank images. If there's a better way for writing image sequences than what I'm doing or if I'm making a silly mistake I'm all ears!

if you need a workaround in the meantime, you could try using exportmovie instead of exportimage (produces single frame mov files, but maybe this will be ok for your needs):
